Founded in 2020, Guinn Strategies was started to deliver results and help our clients achieve their goals. Whether we are working to help our clients communicate with the Oklahoma Legislature, the Governor, or a state agency, it is always our clients, their goals and objectives we have in mind. We are efficient and effective, constantly have the long-term goal and strategy in mind, and we operate with the utmost ethical standards.
WHO WE ARE
Spencer began his career just before college graduation. He went to work in the Office of Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating in 1995. After spending six years working for Governor Keating, Spencer spent one year working in the Oklahoma State Senate. He began his 20 years of experience in government relations consulting career by founding his own firm in 2002. In 2005, Guinn became a founding partner in the state’s largest government relations firm before leaving to start Guinn Strategies in late 2020. Spencer has been active in advising, managing and fundraising for numerous candidates, state question campaigns and political action committees through his career.
Spencer lives in Oklahoma City with his wife Samantha and their dog Charlie. When he’s not working, you can find him spending time with Samantha and Charlie, enjoying the outdoors, or golfing.
